Service providers and buyers from all over the world can access the website and register their details and use the website fully to successfully bid for projects or ask service providers to bid on their projects. How do I report someone who has violated the tender4work.com terms? We take all violations very seriously. Once you have entered your registered email address you will be sent an automatic email containing a link to reset your password. How do I cancel my account/membership? For security reasons you will need to send us an email to info@tender4work.com and we will do this for you. You can contact tender4work.com by emailing info@tender4work.com How do service providers get paid by service buyers? Please note that tender4work.com do not get involved with the payment process between service providers and service buyers. We only facilitate the work between the Service Provider and Buyer with this communications platform (the website). We recommend and prompt when creating invoices that all payments to the Service Provider are made through PayPal. Therefore, when a Service Provider creates an invoice we ask them to state their PayPal ID (email address or phone number) and the payment amount required. The Service Buyer will then get an invoice based on this and it will be up to them to go to their PayPal account and make the payment to the Service Provider. They then need to state that the invoice has been paid. |
SERVICE PROVIDER QUESTIONS: What is a Service Provider? A service provider (or a freelancer) is a term that describes the person who is an expert in a chosen field and can provide a service to prospective clients, companies etc. How does this work for Service Providers? Service providers can come to the website and browse the list of service categories to see which projects suit their expertise (please note you need to be registered and logged in to do this). They can then place a bid/tender on the freelance project and provide details of the work they can do and at what cost. The service buyer will then decide a service provider to work on their project. Please note that when you register we do not share your contact details with anyone. These details are kept private until you place a bid on a project. You will be prompted and told that your details will be shared and at this point you can decide whether you want to proceed or not. How much does this cost for Service Providers?

How do I communicate with Service Buyers? Within the ‘My Admin’ section there will be your own individual message board, where you can communicate with service buyers who have listed a project that you have stated you would like to work on. Why is my account temporarily suspended? The most common reason is that you have posted your contact information on the website or hyperlinked to another website. Please contact info@tender4work.com and we will make your account active again. Please note, we may also access your account if you add contact information and remove these details. How does the registration process work? Service Providers can register by filling out the registration form which is located at: http://www.tender4work.com/professional_register.php Once all the details have been filled out they will need to click the 'Register' button. You will then be required to sign-up to the subscription plan that you require and make the appropriate payment. Then you will be asked to post your profile (please note that you can set-up additional profiles after this initial registration process). Select a main category that best describes your skill set, you can then select any subcategories should you feel appropriate. You will then be prompted to enter your qualification and experience details. At this point you can also add a YouTube video (for example, if you have a freelance video on YouTube highlighting your skills, you can upload it here for potential Service Buyers to review). Fill out the other details and submit to complete your registration. If you want to add another profile go to your My Admin page and select Create/Add New Profile under Manage Your Profiles. How does the My Admin Area work? The ‘My Admin’ area is broken down into the following sections: - Check Your Responses

Within these areas you can do the following: Check Your Responses: Within this section you will be able to see projects that you have been invited to bid on, view any project notifications and view messages that service buyers have sent to you. You can reply to these messages within this area. Manage Your Profile(s): This section allows you to create more than one skill profile for yourself and manage this profiles (you also have the ability to update and amend information as you require). Manage Your Bids & Proposals: This section allows you to save projects that you are interested in bidding on and watch these projects. You can also view projects that you have bid on and their status. Manage Your Account: This section allows you to change your account details, you can modify your account, delete your account and change your username and password. Also you can modify your email preferences from this section. Manage Payments & Feedback: This is the payment area and you can view your balance, withdraw funds and manage payment methods. This section also allows you to create invoices and manage invoices. Why does it say I can't bid on a project? When you join tender4work.com you state your skill e.g. administration > data entry and this is saved in your profile. If you try to bid for example for a web design project it will state you can't. This is because you have registered with an administration profile. To change your profile or to update your profile, login to your account and create or amend a profile. SERVICE BUYER QUESTIONS: What is a Service Buyer? A service buyer (or an employer) is a term that describes a person who wants to purchase a service from a service provider (or a freelancer). They therefore have a need for a project to be completed and require the assistance of a service provider to achieve this goal. How does this work for a Service Buyer? Service buyers can come to the website and post a project for which a service provider can bid on. The service buyer will then decide on a service provider (or freelancer) to work on their project. Service buyers are not required to pick a service provider for a project if they do not wish to do so. How much does this cost for a Service Buyer?
There is a one-off fee to post a project (£5). You can also make your project a featured project which means that the project is posted on the homepage of the website for an additional fee of £5. Service Buyers can register by filling out the registration form which is located at: http://www.tender4work.com/employer_register.php Once you have completed your contact details on the first screen you will be asked to post your project. Select a main skill category and then select the primary skill category. You will then be asked to fill out your basic project information. Fill out the series of questions and remember that mandatory questions are denoted with a *. You will then see a summary screen of all the details you have entered and you will be asked to confirm that you are happy with the details entered. You are then successfully registered and have successfully posted your project. You can then review your project, post another project or sign out. Remember to keep checking back to see if a Service Provider has bid on your project. How does the My Admin Area work? Once you have confirm your project details you will be given the following options: - Review Your Project

You can access your account (Your My Admin) area by clicking on the My Admin link located in the top-right hand corner of the screen. Once you click on My Admin you will be taken to a screen where you will be able to: - Check Your Responses

Your Employer Statistics: This section will show your tender4work.com billing code, the rating that has been given to you by service providers (freelancers), total investment that you have made and whether you have any invoices and whether these are outstanding or not. Manage Your Projects: Within this section you will be able to manage your projects from start to finish and post new projects. Manage Your Account: This section allows you to change your account details, you can modify your account, delete your account and change your username and password. Also you can modify your email preferences from this section. Manage Invoices and Feedback This section allows you to create invoices, manage invoices and manage feedback.
