Manipulate the price of your service or interfere with other service providers services and listings
Circumvent or manipulate tender4work.com's fee structure, the payment process, or fees owed to tender4work.com
Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems
Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
Copy, modify, or distribute tender4work.com copyrighted works or trade marks, or other content from the website, without our express consent; or harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their express consent.
Use the website in a manner or for a purpose that violates the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another
Interfere with the use and enjoyment of the website by other users

tender4work.com provides a service for ‘Service Providers' and ‘Service Buyers'. tender4work.com facilitates the communication, agreement and project work being carried out between parties. The website contains a complete set of tools for service providers to allow them to look for work in a cost-effective and easy to manage manner. The website will allow them to effectively manage their career. It will allow service buyers to find individuals to carry out work for them. Please note:
You will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website and its service
We may add, delete or modify some or all of the service at any time
We don't control the actual transaction between service providers and service buyers and therefore we don't authenticate or set the price, contract terms, quality, projects offered, jobs advertised, the working relationship, whether any party will complete payment
We are not responsible for any transaction
tender4work.com is providing you a service and you will be charged, and agree to pay tender4work.com any fees that are set out in the separate section of the website detailing such features and services
We charge a monthly registration fee for Service Providers registering but don’t charge any commission for either the Service Provider and Buyer on the completion of a project. We charge Service Buyers a one-off project posting fee.
We may change our fee policy from time to time. Changes to fees will take effect 14 days after we notify you of them by email.
The user warrants that they have full authority to use credit and debit cards on the external payment system (PayPal) and that they have sufficient funds to cover the charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in GB pounds sterling (£). You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using the website in a timely manner with use of the valid payment method. All monies paid by the user to the company are non-refundable.
Under no circumstance shall tender4work.com be liable to you or any registered user for any damages pursuant to this agreement including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of profit or loss of goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising out of your use of our website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You will not hold tender4work.com responsible for other users' actions or inactions. Although tender4work.com is referred to as an online reverse auction website, you acknowledge that we are not a traditional auctioneer. At no point do we have possession of any service listed through the website.
We are not party to the actual transactions between service providers and buyers. You will not hold tender4work.com responsible for the actions or inactions of service providers or service buyers involved in transactions or for ensuring that they actually complete transactions.
We have no control over, do not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for:
The quality or legality of the services advertised
The truth or accuracy of the service or project advertised
The truth or accuracy of feedback or other content posted by users on the website
The ability of service providers to offer a service
The ability of service buyers to pay for a service
You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any services that you list on the website.
We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. While we will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties (whether express or implied) about the availability of our services.

For any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill howsoever arising suffered by the user and arising in any way in connection with this Agreement or for any liability of the User to any third party
Any viruses uploaded to the website by third parties or the user
Any errors, omissions or delays of the user
Ensuring that user's material and any message or notice posted to the website by the user is legal and lawful and is not obscene, defamatory or otherwise infringing of any third party rights whatsoever
Failure in respect of its obligations hereunder which result directly or indirectly from failure or interruption in software or services provided by third parties
None of the clauses herein shall apply so as to restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of tender4work.com or its appointed agents.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Regardless of the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability, and the liability of our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, to you is limited in any 12 month period to the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to us in relation to the listing or other service offered which gave rise to the liability, and (b) £100.
Users will agree not to post their contact details on tender4work.com except in the fields of the registration or when asked by the website to provide their details. There should be no need to provide your email address to any users of the website. This does not only apply to email address, but to all methods of communication, including phone, MSN Messenger etc. (See “Avoiding Commissions” below for reasons).

Service Buyers will not falsify their own or any other identity

Service Providers Agreement

General Restrictions
Users (Service Buyers and Service Providers) will not use any automated collection mechanism or any manual process to monitor or copy the web pages comprising the tender4work.com website or the content contained therein without the prior written permission of tender4work.com.
Users (Service Buyers and Service Providers) will not distribute unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") through user's account.
Users (Service Buyers and Service Providers) will not contact buyers or providers through our website or through information gained from our website with the intent of subverting them from using our services.
Users (Service Buyers and Service Providers) will not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism or other forms of discourteous and unprofessional online conduct or practices.
Users (Service Buyers and Service Providers) will not create multiple user accounts to avoid fees, suspension or bad ratings on tender4work.com
Any disputes regarding arrangements between Service Buyers and Service Providers remain solely between Service Buyers and Service Providers. We are not involved in any transactions between You and any other users of tender4work.com. You acknowledge and agree that tender4work.com will not be a party to any such dispute or be obligated to take any action or refrain from taking any action toward resolving any such dispute. If you have a dispute with any other users of the website, you hereby release tender4work.com from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, related to such a dispute.
